- Amends the Illinois School Code to bar the use of artificial intelligence to generate scores or ratings in public school teacher performance evaluations.

- Evaluators may not use an AI tool to assign a numerical score or other qualitative rating for any component of a teacher's evaluation, or for any evaluation task requiring professional judgment; teachers are likewise prohibited from using AI tools to generate their own portion of the evaluation (e.g., evidence of their professional practice) for evaluator review; AI tools may still be used to support evaluators with administrative tasks, provided the evaluator names and discloses the purpose of any such AI tool to the teacher being evaluated.
