Canonical Merge (CvRDT Cache Fusion)

Multiple agents' latent reasoning traces (KV-caches) are fused via a content-addressed, order-independent merge: fragments are ordered deterministically by content (mean K-norm at a middle layer) so the union of any subset of agents' latent state renders to a byte-identical result regardless of arrival order.

whyMultiAgent: Concatenation-based cache fusion (BagMerge) is non-commutative, so the best ordering of contributions from several reasoning agents is unpredictable and shifts with regime, budget, and model scale. A single agent has no merge-order problem because there is nothing to reconcile; only when independent agents' latent traces must be combined does order-dependence appear, and only a CvRDT-style content-addressed merge (set union: commutative, associative, idempotent) removes it structurally rather than by search.
